Jennifer Goldberg Partner

Jennifer combines her 15+ years of editorial and marketing experience to create multiplatform content strategies that inspire audiences to engage and invest. She’s held editorial positions at Best Health, CBC and Chatelaine, and her byline has been featured in Flare, Canadian Business, Today’s Parent, Maclean’s, Reader’s Digest and the Globe and Mail. As a marketer, Jennifer has worked with brands in multiple industries, including finance, non-profit, health and wellness, food and drink and consumer goods. At Tavanberg, she specializes in content strategy and development. Under her direction, Tavanberg lead the launch of the Local Love brand for United Way Greater Toronto and developed a video strategy for The Beer Store.

Kat Tancock <span class='role'>Partner</span>

Kat Tancock Partner

Kat’s more than two decades of digital and print content creation experience include staff positions at Reader’s Digest, Canadian Living and Food & Drink magazines, as well as projects for educational institutions, non-profits and companies from coast to coast. Her award-winning freelance writing on travel, food, health and other topics has appeared in titles like Westjet Magazine, enRoute, the San Francisco Chronicle and the National Post. A former instructor in the Magazine Publishing program at Ryerson University, she has written about SEO and social media for the Globe and Mail and Canadian Business and spoken on digital content, blogging and social media at conferences across the country. At Tavanberg, Kat specializes in content strategy, audience development, SEO and social media.

Tina Anson Mine <span class='role'>Managing Editor</span>

Tina Anson Mine Managing Editor

Tina has been a freelance writer, editor and media consultant since 2015. She serves as managing editor for Tavanberg, and works collaboratively with editors, writers and design teams to create high-quality content for clients in the retail and non-profit sectors. Prior to 2015, she spent 15 years at Canadian Living magazine in a variety of roles, including copy chief, managing editor and executive editor of food and cookbooks. Her career has always been interesting — she’s worked on everything from a chile pepper cookbook to a craft blog to advertorials promoting men’s golf accessories. At Tavanberg, Tina focuses on content ideation, copywriting and editing, workflow management and internal communications.

Daniela Payne <span class='role'>Senior Editor</span>

Daniela Payne Senior Editor

Daniela has worked in digital media for 12 years and has been a freelance writer and editor since 2015. Prior to going freelance, she spent eight years at Canadian Living, where she served as the online food and health editor. She is a senior editor for Tavanberg, working closely with the internal team and clients to create high-quality editorial and social media content. Her main areas of focus are copywriting, editing, social media management and project management.

As an art director for more than 20 years, Erik has worked on titles including enRoute, GolfStyle, Fashion, Flare and Style Advisor. He has launched custom publications for Magazines Canada, Bell Canada, Investors Group, KPMG and MaRS Discovery District, and developed brand identities for United Way, Save the Children, Gourmet Food and Wine Expo and Ontario Home Builders’ Association. He is skilled at anticipating client needs and at matching visual aesthetics to brand identity. His work has received awards from the Society of Publication Designers, the Canadian National Magazine Awards Foundation, the Art Directors Club of Canada and Magazines du Québec.
